Who we are

EDU SolPro is a digital marketing agency that works exclusively with Indian universities and higher education institutions. We're a vertical of Tej SolPro, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

For purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA), EDU SolPro is the Data Fiduciary for data collected through this website.

What data we collect and why

Enquiry and contact forms. When you fill any form on this website, we collect your name, work email, phone number, university name, and the message you submit. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not add you to mailing lists without a separate, specific request.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are visited, how long people spend, and which devices and locations our audience comes from. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities. Google Analytics sets cookies to track sessions.

Cookie consent data. We store your cookie preference (accept or decline analytics) in your browser's local storage so we don't show you the consent banner on every visit.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not use your data for advertising to you.

Legal basis for processing

Under the DPDPA, we process enquiry form data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us — we'll delete your record within 30 days.

Analytics data is processed on the basis of your cookie consent. If you decline analytics cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Who we share your data with

We use two third-party services to handle data submitted through this website:

• Web3Forms — processes form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Your form data passes through their servers. Their privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy.
• Google Analytics — receives anonymised usage data about your visit if you accept analytics cookies. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other party. We do not share enquiry data with third-party marketing platforms.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from the date of last contact. If an enquiry doesn't progress to a client relationship, the record is deleted within that period. Active client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months (the default setting we use).

Your rights under the DPDPA

If you are based in India, you have the following rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023:

• The right to know what personal data we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate personal data
• The right to erase your personal data
• The right to withdraw consent for processing at any time
• The right to nominate someone to exercise your rights on your behalf

To exercise any of these rights, email jaydip@edusolpro.com with the subject line "Data request." We'll respond within 72 hours and complete your request within 30 days.

Cookies

This website uses two types of cookies:

• Strictly necessary: Session-related cookies required for the site to function. These cannot be turned off.
• Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics to track visits and usage. These are only loaded if you accept analytics cookies through the banner at the bottom of this page.

You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or by contacting us.

Data security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store payment data of any kind. Access to enquiry records is limited to Jaydip Parikh and the EDU SolPro team members managing your account.

In the event of a personal data breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required under the DPDPA.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy as our data practices or applicable regulations change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
